Our 4,000+ Architects of Change, spread across 20 countries, are united by a shared purpose: to make a difference for our customers, our communities, and our planet.

Investing in growth and opportunity

We’re passionate about helping our people reach their full potential. In the past year alone, we invested over USD$1.6million in employee development, training, and accreditations. We launched our first global Learning Management System, making it easier than ever for our teams to access world-class learning opportunities, wherever they are. 

Leadership development is a cornerstone of our approach. In FY25, we delivered new leadership programmes to around 100 leaders worldwide, and we’re proud to see the number of women in senior roles to rise to 34%, with a strong succession pipeline for the future. Our commitment to diversity is unwavering, and we continue to invest in inclusive hiring, mentorship, and sponsorship programmes to ensure everyone has a chance to succeed. 

Wellbeing and engagement

We know that thriving at work means feeling supported in every aspect of life. That’s why we offer comprehensive wellbeing initiatives, from employee assistance programmes to global movement challenges that bring our teams together for a good cause. Our quarterly Global All Hands meetings keep everyone connected, informed, and inspired. 

Listening to our people is a priority. Through platforms like Peakon, we gather real-time feedback and use it to shape our workplace, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued.

We’re proud of our achievements, from achieving carbon neutrality across our operations to being named Cisco’s Sustainability Partner of the Year for the second year running.
