Huntsman is a worldwide producer and marketer of various chemical products developed for a wide range of market segments.
The challenge
John Brown, Global IT Service Management Architect: “HP is discontinuing support for HP Service Desk in 2012. We decided to switch to HP Service Manager (HPSM). That was also a good opportunity for us to take another close look at the processes and create more links to other tools such as discovery tools and, for example, a configuration database.”
The solution
