KPN subsidiary ApplicationNet is a rapidly growing provider of online workspaces that enables clients to work whenever en wherever at a fixed price per user per month.

The challenge
Directeur Operations, Marlien Rump: “We needed in-depth reporting and trend analysis. We could make analyses per client but we also wanted to be able to see how we perform as an organisation for all customers. 

The solution
One of our employees tipped us after a demonstration in America about Mirror42 (recently acquired by ServiceNow). It turned out very well. Mirror42 indeed is a perfect standard solution by which we can produce professional dashboards for ourselves and our clients.

The advantages
With Mirror42 we can look at ServiceNow data along three axes: the client axis, the process axis and the axis of the dissolving groups. The graphics look very professional and we can link the trends to events, which gives us detailed insights in what is going on.
