Stuart Radcliffe

Stuart currently sits on the board of Logicalis International as a non-executive director acting in an advisory role alongside his other non-executive roles across the Datatec group. In addition, Stuart participates in various Logicalis audit and risk committees and further supports and mentors various finance executives of the Logicalis global organisation.

Previously Stuart held a senior executive role within Logicalis Group Limited. He was the Group CFO for 5 years up until February 2023, responsible for the global finance organisation. During this period he was heavily involved in the international strategy development, setting the global business model and driving shareholder value. He was also responsible for the group financial reporting and engineering the financial strategy including corporate finance, liquidity management and delivery of net income.

Stuart’s career history in the IT industry spans over 25 years, typically holding senior management and executive roles in Finance within various multi-national organisations that include Siemens, Atos and Datatec.
