Bob Bailkoski

Chief Executive Officer




Bob joined Logicalis Group in November 2015 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in March 2018 before taking the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Logicalis Group in March 2020. Bob brings over fifteen years of international experience to the Group and has lived and worked in Australia, Switzerland and the USA.

Stuart Radcliffe

Chief Financial Officer

 


Stuart initially joined Logicalis in March 2017 as UK Finance Director and was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Logicalis Group in October 2018. Stuart brings over 20 years of experience in the ICT sector and before that was involved more generally in the Services sector. He has held several senior international finance roles during his career in the ICT sector before joining Logicalis. He was CFO at Unify GmbH covering various strategic regional markets in the group and prior to this he was Group CFO at Acentic GmbH. Before this, Stuart served eight years as Finance Director for Siemens Networks Systems Ltd, being instrumental in its eventual sale to US private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts.

Renata Randi 

Chief Marketing & Alliances Officer

 

Renata Randi joined Logicalis in March 2008 when Logicalis merged with Promon Tecnologia, a leading Brazilian network integrator. In the last 10 years, Renata has been responsible for developing the marketing strategies for Logicalis in Latin America and for managing the relationships with key industry partners, besides leading Logicalis’ partnership with Cisco on a global basis. In March 2018, Renata was appointed Chief Marketing and Alliances Officer for Logicalis Group.

Before joining Logicalis, Renata held several executive positions in business development, sales, strategy, marketing and alliance management at Promon’s Group. She has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Unicamp (University of Campinas), a postgraduate degree in Marketing, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School.  

Justin Kearney

 HR SVP

 

 

Justin Kearney joined Logicalis Group in August 2013 as Vice President of Human Resources with responsibility for providing people management leadership within Logicalis Group.

Prior to this, Justin was the HR Director for the Corporate function leaders at Invensys, the engineering and technology business.  He has also held international HR business partner roles within the aviation and financial service industries with General Electric, and in retail, with Sainsburys in the UK.

Justin has an honours degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Leisure Management, as well as being a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
