Logicalis’ deep expertise and multi-vendor capability provides three overall levels of managed service:

  • Support: Maintenance of existing infrastructure and basic service monitoring.
  • Out-tasking: Undertaking the management of any discrete and distinct tasks such as service desk, administration and remote monitoring to full network and server infrastructure management, hosting and managed services.
  • Out-sourcing: Transfer of assets, staff and IT function.

Our highest level accreditations with key international strategic partners Cisco, HP, IBM and Microsoft means that we are able to offer our customers bespoke solutions that integrate with and support their legacy technology platforms.

Logicalis follows the service management IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency is offered to their customers.

Our 20 years of experience in delivering managed services for communications networks, data centre infrastructures, business applications, and major IT infrastructure is backed by significant investment in people, tools, processes and services infrastructure.

We have in excess of 500 resources across the following key service roles:

  • Technical Engineers – 90% of the resources are highly skilled industry experts with the highest level of certifications. These technical experts fall into three broad categories:
    • Managed services pro-active monitoring and management engineers.
    • Professional services project engagement engineers.
    • Solution Architects responsible for guidance and development of go-to-market services.
  • Service Managers – approximately 10% of the resources are Service Managers responsible for:
    • Transition Management – transitioning customers into the Managed Services environment.
    • Customer Management – ensuring high service and satisfaction levels.
