Logicalis to Acquire Alliance Consulting's Southwest USA Business
Logicalis Group announced plans today for Logicalis Inc, Logicalis Group's wholly owned subsidiary in the United States, to acquire Alliance Consulting's Southwest region business ("Alliance Southwest"), based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
The acquisition will add 70 consultants to Logicalis US' Contract Consulting Services Group (CCSG) division and increase CCSG's services revenues to an estimated $50 million in the coming fiscal year, making it one of the largest independent providers of technology solutions in the South and West regions of the USA.
On completion of the acquisition, Logicalis will have 250 service delivery consultants with over 1,500 technical certifications, enabling the company to service all of its customers' high-performance technology requirements.

Logicalis expects to complete the acquisition during the next 60 days.
